Handing out first land titles in Apartadó

November 28th 2018 was a spectacular day in vereda Los Mandarinos in Apartadó: Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte handed out the first 17 land titles to farmers as a result of the Land In Peace project. He also gave certificates to local grassroots surveyors for their participation in the Land In Peace Project.
